Plan and usage.
Check your plan, how many management seats are in use, how much of your pooled storage is filled, and how to get more space.
Settings → Plan & usage is a read-out of your workspace’s plan and what it uses. Owners, admins and finance can open it. Nothing on this page blocks your work: it shows where you stand so you can plan ahead.
How pricing works
UpRush charges for the people who run the work, and everyone else comes along free.
- $39 per management seat per month, billed yearly, or $49 month to month.
- Free, always: production crew and contractors, client users, and guest reviewers.
- Every tool is included. There are no add-ons or feature tiers, and new tools arrive in your plan as they ship.
The plan card
The first card shows your plan name, what it includes, and a chip for the subscription’s state:
Workspaces from the founding cohort also carry a Founding chip. Payments aren’t taken inside UpRush yet; the card says so, and the UpRush team handles billing with you directly.
Management seats
The Management seats card counts the people holding at least one seat role: Owner, Admin, Team Manager, Dedicated Expert, Finance or Sales. Roles stack free on one seat, so one person with three of those roles is still one seat. Production members and clients are always free.
If your plan has a seat allowance, the card shows “used of allowance” and turns amber when you reach it, with a reminder that adding another management role adds a seat. You see the same count beside the Management seats group in Settings → Members. See Members and role names.
Storage
Storage is pooled across the workspace. Each management seat adds 50 GB to the pool, so a studio with four seats shares 200 GB. The card shows how much is used, a bar that shifts from mint to amber to red as it fills, and how your total is made up (for example “50 GB × 4 management seats, pooled”).
- Storage counts uploaded files and their versions.
- External links are free.
- Deleting files frees space once they leave the trash. See Storage and limits.
- A single file can be up to 5 GB.
Need more space?
A Library pack adds 250 GB for $25 a month, or $250 a year. Request one from the link on the Storage card, and anything larger is a conversation with the UpRush team. Packs show up in the storage breakdown, for example “+ 250 GB in packs”.
AI actions
The last card is marked Coming soon. It will count AI actions against a monthly allowance once those features arrive.
