Opportunities and quotes.
Studios offer paid work to production members as quotes. You see each one under Opportunities, where you can accept, counter, decline or ask a question.
When your studio wants you on a piece of work, a manager writes a quote: the amount, the timing, the scope, and how many revision rounds are included. It arrives in your Opportunities as an offer. You decide what to do with it, and once the studio confirms, the task is yours.
Reading an offer
Open Opportunities from the dock: "Work offered to you. Review the scope, then accept, counter or decline." Each card shows:
- The title and the amount offered.
- When it starts and when it is due.
- How many revision rounds are included.
- Respond by: when the offer expires.
- A scope summary, and if attached, the full scope of work to expand and read.

What the chips mean
From offer to assignment
When a manager confirms, you become the assignee on the task, it appears in My Work, and the agreed amount becomes an assignment in My pay. From there you track milestones and invoice the studio. See Assignments and pay.
For managers: sending a quote
Studio managers create quotes in Ops → Quotes. In short:
- Click New quote and pick the task.
- Fill in the offer: currency, title, description, scope summary, an itemized or flat amount, payment terms, revision rounds, expected start, deadline, when the offer expires, and optionally a scope of work.
- Click Send… and choose which production members receive it. You can see who has viewed and responded.
- When you have your person, click Convert to assignment, set the final amount and deadline, and confirm.
