UpRush turns the work you already record (invoices, payments, contractor assignments, task movement) into reports, so nobody keeps a separate spreadsheet. Money reports live in Billing; delivery reports live in Ops; and everyone lands on a Dashboard shaped for their role.

Billing → Overview

The first tab in Billing answers “who owes us what, and how is collection going?”. Figures are shown per currency (never summed across currencies).

  • KPIs: Billed, Received, Outstanding and Overdue.
  • Billed vs collected: the last 12 months side by side.
  • Outstanding by age: open balances bucketed as current, 1–30 days, 31–60 days and 61+ days overdue.
  • Collection rate and Avg days to pay.
  • Top clients by collected.
  • Needs attention: open invoices with their status and balance, one click from each.
  • Recent payments.

The other Billing tabs (Projects, Invoices, Proposals, Contracts, Clients) are working lists. Billing → Projects is especially useful for spotting unbilled work: it lists value, invoiced, paid and outstanding per project and flags any that are Never invoiced.

Billing → Insights

The deeper money view for Owners, Admins and Finance, over a fixed 12-month window. When you bill in more than one currency, pills switch between currencies, and ≈ All in USD (your default currency) shows an estimated combined view. See Currencies.

  • Cash health: Billed · 12mo, Collected · 12mo, Avg days to pay and Collection rate, with the billed vs collected trend and outstanding by age.
  • Clients & projects: Top clients by collected and Project profitability, a table of each project’s Value, Contractor cost and Margin.
  • Contractor payables: what you owe your production team, as Committed, Paid and Outstanding, plus Outstanding by contractor.

Ops → Insights and Capacity

Ops is the internal operations view for Owners, Admins and Team Managers: a grid of all work with saved views such as Active production, Due this week and In revisions, plus tabs for Quotes, Capacity and Insights.

  • Delivery insights (no money): tiles for Completed this week, Median cycle time, On time and Avg revision rounds, then sections for Flow, Time in stage, People, Mix and Aging work. Filter to focus on a client, project or person.
  • Team capacity: who is Available and who is At capacity, with Total committed and Total outstanding. Sort By load or By outstanding, and switch on Include managers to see the whole team.

Dashboards by role

Everyone’s Dashboard starts with a greeting and shows what matters for their role. If you hold several roles, pills at the top switch between their dashboards.
