The portal's Money page.

Clients see their whole financial picture with your studio in one place: what they owe, every invoice, and the change orders, proposals and contracts waiting for their answer.

Who can do thisClientUpdated 2026-10-07

The Money item in the client's dock opens a single page that answers "do I owe anything?" at a glance, then shows the detail project by project. Everything on it comes from client-safe information only: clients see the value of their own projects, their invoices and their decisions, never your internal costs, quotes or contractor pay.

The headline

Balance dueAt least one invoice has an open balance.
All settledNothing is owed right now.

Waiting on you

Anything that needs the client's answer sits at the top, so it is never missed:

  • Change orders ("scope changes your team sent for your OK"): each shows its title, project and amount (credits are marked Credit). The client selects Approve or Decline, with an optional reason. See Change orders.
  • Proposals ("new work your team has quoted"): line items and total, with Approve or Decline. See Proposals.
  • Contracts ("agreements from your team"): Read the contract, then Sign to adopt a signature and sign. Signed contracts offer Download signed copy. See Contracts and e-signing.

Decided proposals and contracts stay listed below the pending ones as a record.

Project by project

With two or more projects, filter pills (All plus one per project) narrow the page. Each project card shows:

  • The project name, status and current value.
  • Base + changes: the original value plus each approved change order, adding up to the current value.
  • A payment bar: how much is paid and how much is pending.
  • Its invoices, each with number, status (Sent, Partly paid, Paid), an Overdue marker when past due, the issue and due dates, the client's SOW number when set, and the amount.
  • Change history: every decided change order on the project.

Invoices that are not tied to a project appear in Other invoices.

Clients on a subscription also see Your plan on their dashboard, with the price and renewal date. See Retainers and subscriptions and Invoices.
