My Work.

My Work is your personal board: every task you are assigned to, across every client, in columns that follow the internal workflow.

Client boards answer "where is this client's work?". My Work answers "what is on my plate?". It gathers every task you are assigned to, from every client you work with, onto one board ordered by deadline. It is built for production members (it sits in their dock as My work), and managers can open it too.

Columns

ColumnWhat it means for you
AssignedNew to you, not started yet. Tasks still being planned or on hold also land here so nothing assigned to you ever goes missing.
In progressYou are working on it (Finalization tasks sit here too).
Internal reviewHanded to your managers to check.
Client reviewOut with the client.
Needs revisionsThe client asked for changes. Pick it back up.
ApprovedSigned off.
CompletedDone.

Cancelled and archived tasks never appear.

Moving your work

  1. Drag a card from Assigned to In progress when you start.
  2. When it is ready for a check, drag it to Internal review. Your managers see it waiting.
  3. If your manager wants another pass, it comes back to In progress (you can also drag it back yourself).
  4. When a client asks for changes, the card appears in Needs revisions. Drag it to In progress to start the next round.

Those are the only moves production can make, and the board dims every column you cannot drop into. Client review, Approved and Completed are set by your managers and the client. You can make the same moves from the Next step control on the task page.

Tips

  • Use Full or Minimal to change card density.
  • Each card names its client, so you can tell similar jobs apart at a glance.
  • For deliverable-by-deliverable work, open the task and use Hand off for review on each deliverable. See Handing off and sending.
  • Production members also get a dashboard, opportunities and pay pages. See Your work.

Nothing on the board yet? It reads Nothing assigned to you right now. New assignments land here the moment a manager adds you to a task.
