Payment details.
Tell the studio where to send your money: your legal and tax details, bank or PayPal information, preferred method and currency.
Payment details are where the money goes when your invoices are paid. Fill them in once and they are used on every invoice you send.

Fill in your details
- Open Invoices from the dock and click Payment details.
- Enter your Legal name, and optionally a Business name, plus your Country, Tax ID and billing address.
- Add how to pay you: bank name, account type, account number, routing number, SWIFT / BIC and IBAN, or a PayPal email. Fill in whichever apply.
- Choose a preferred method: Bank transfer, PayPal or Other.
- Add notes for whoever sends the payment, and your preferred currency.
- Click Save payment details.
Who sees what
- Inside the app, the studio sees a summary with sensitive numbers masked, for example
•••• 1234. - Your full details are printed on your invoice PDF, because an invoice is a payment instruction and the studio needs them to pay you.
- Clients never see your payment details.
